Twin hurricane warnings are issued in the Caribbean and Mexico
There are rare hurricane warnings in both the Atlantic and Pacific, with Caribbean islands in the crosshairs of Hurricane Tammy and Hurricane Norma bearing down on the northern Mexico coastline.
