Rishvi growls. “I need to get into my CIIS account but I don’t have any patience for this Authenticator bullshit.” Mercy gets up and dusts herself off. “Did Sunni not back her account up before she got her new phone?” “Would we be even speaking right now if she did?” Rishvi sighs. “I need this last week, last month, LAST YEAR!” Mercy opens her bleary eyes as she sits down in front of her computer and notices the date. “You mean yesterday?” “Ha ha, bitch.” Rishvi flicks Mercy in the forehead. “Just fucking do the thing with the thing.” Mercy turns in her office chair and smirks. “Can’t. That’s today!” Mercy chuckles and opens up a desk drawer filled with Bloody Marys. “Till midnight,” she counters. “Do you seriously keep a drawer filled with cocktails?” Rishvi asks, aghast. “I like to plan ahead,” Mercy replies. “Not enough, bitch!” Rishvi hisses. “My account!” Mercy takes a sip of her Bloody Mary. “Not my fault Sunny didn’t back up the phone.” “But I need it!” Rishvi emphasizes with a stamp of her foot. “Out of sheer curiosity, for what?” Mercy asks. “To sign up for Bubble,” Rishvi mumbles. “Under Butterfly’s name.” Mercy pulls out a celery stalk and crunches it between her teeth. “Sounds like a you problem.”
