From Anna Warren Cebrian: A warning for my friends that live in this beautiful part of the Bay Area- there have been 2 attempts at the Westgate shopping center, in the past few days, of someone trying to get into a car with women. Fortunately one woman had already secured her children in their seats and had gotten in and locked her door before the man tried to get in her car. That was next to Target. Then a day or two later someone on the other side, by Michael’s, tried to get into a woman’s car, but the door was locked already.
