Ijeoma Oluo has been harassed for several days over comments she made about Cracker Barrel. She’s received racist and sexist threats, which she’s posted screenshots of–and now, inexplicably, Facebook has suspended HER account for three days. Here is what she says: “FYI: Ijeoma Oluo has been suspended for 3 days for posting screenshots of the racist threats and violence received on this page that they refuse to do anything about. This may well be the final straw for me and this page. Its not just the hate and abuse, it’s the complicity of this platform to push people of color out of the public sphere. Facebook is helping silence black people. If you like my page, please copy and paste this message and share and reach out to facebook.
